Return & Exchanges Policy
We value our modnyz customers and want you to be happy with our products.
Please kindly consider our Returns Policy when you commit to your purchase:
- Returns 15 days from the date of purchase can be accepted when the Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached.
- Simply lodge your return with your order number and the email address that you placed the order with.To lodge your return, please use the modnyz return portal link.
- Full priced items can be returned for a modnyz Store Credit Note or refund to your original payment method.
- Items marked with "FINAL SALE" cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items purchased during a promotion, such as a Flash Sale, are subject to promotional return conditions. Once processed, you will receive store credit or refund to original payment method based on the amount spent on the item at the time of the promotional sale. Shipping costs will not be returned as store credit or refund to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- When returning your item(s), Return to Sender parcels due to an incorrect address and/or non-delivery will incur a $10 processing fee, which will be automatically deducted from your Returned Store Credit.
- Any orders returned after 15 days from date of purchase will not be eligible for modnyz Store Credit or refund to your original payment method and will be returned to the sender.
- Please return your item within 2 weeks from the date you receive your return label from us. If the parcel is not sent out within this timeframe, the return label will be deemed unused by the customer, and therefore disabled.
- Due to hygiene concerns the following cannot be returned or exchange: intimates, stockings, hair accessories, hats, earrings, personal massagers, cosmetic/beauty products including self-tanners, Undercover Style Helpers
Afterpay Returns
If you wish to return something you purchased using AfterPay or PayPal, the process is the same. Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit or refund to your original payment method for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay or PayPal until you have paid all your instalments.
Processing Returns
We aim to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving them in our return address, but high volume periods, especially around the holidays, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you’re concerned that your return has been delivered but not processed in a timely fashion, please contact support@modnyz.com.au
Faulty Items
The modnyz team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@modnyz.com.au as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
Store Credit
- Store credit can only be used at modnyz.com.au
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat store credit like cash.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months after the date of issue.
- Store credit is provided in the currency in which you paid.
- Your use of store credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms & Conditions.
- You can view your store credit balance by logging into your modnyz account.
